Are your products 100% authentic?

Yes, all our products are 100% authentic. Most products contain a unique number imprinted by the manufacturer which can be checked online to verify the authenticity.

Does My Derma ship outside the UK?

Unfortunately we do not currently offer shipping outside the UK. We hope to introduce this service in the future.

How and when will my order be shipped?

Your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours and delivery is expected to take between 3 to 5 working days. If you have selected next day delivery, your order will be delivered the next working day as long as your order is placed by 2 pm.

Which courier service do you use?

We currently use Royal Mail, Hermes and DHL.
You will be able to see the name of the courier service together with tracking number on your shipping confirmation email.

I need help placing my order?

Please kindly contact our customer support team who will gladly assist you with any queries or difficulties you have placing your order.

I haven't received my order?

If you haven't received your order within seven working days of placing your order, please kindly contact our customer care team and they will track, investigate and contact the shipping company and report back to you.

I haven't received any tracking information for my order?

Should you not receive this information within 2 working days of placing your order, please kindly email our customer support team at help@myderma.co.uk and we will investigate this for you.

My order arrived damaged?

If you have received your order and the contents are damaged, please kindly take photos of the damaged items including the packaging and email them to our customer care team. Please include your name and order number.

I would like to send my order as a gift?

We offer a gift packaging service and an alternative address service for all your gifting needs.

Which payment methods do you expect except?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express, VISA and MasterCard. We also accept PayPal.

What is your returns policy.?

We offer a 14 day returns policy as long as all items are returned in their original packaging and in an unused condition.

I am not happy with my purchase what should I do?

Why are My Derma prices so low?

We try to keep our prices as low as possible as as we genuinely believe that everyone is entitled to Beautiful skin. We do not spend excessive amounts on advertising and we do not have retail shops. This enables us to keep our overhead costs low, resulting in lower prices for our customers.
