Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. 

Deliveries can occur Monday – Friday between 8 am-8 pm and 10 am-5 pm on weekends.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number where your order can be tracked.

Damages

My Derma is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please take images and email them to help@myderma.co.uk including your order details.
